MMMMMMM I've been thinking about this and I can't think of an IC (on the NPC side) justificiation; Cetagandans don't really give a shit about anyone but themselves and especially are not really that interested in the past, only advancement.

HOWEVER if the goal of this is just for Daryl to obtain a crossbow, we might be able to work something out. That particular avenue wouldn't make any sense, though.
