Tucker doesn't meet the prerequisites for Armory Access - Unrestricted (he needs either Join the Fight or one of the specialized weapon trainings). But for Villagers' Trust I, helping repair the village at all nets him some gratitude, plus they know he's close friends with Sonia, which makes him seem a little more trustworthy.

Tucker now has the perk Villagers' Trust I.
