Thank you for the link! With the way we have the game set up, there are two ways you could play this:
1) She's able to make the blackwater, but it would only work at the bare minimum to keep her alive. It wouldn't grant her any of its superhuman traits, so she would have roughly the same physical capabilities as your average human (or as Lakshmi would be without the superhuman aspects of the blackwater) but it would continue working to keep her alive. She would still be essentially depowered, but it could still be fun to play with the potential liability of needing it to keep her alive.
2) On the other hand, if that wouldn't be fun for you, you could do away with her dependency on blackwater altogether and count it as part of her depowering.
Either way would be fine! Go with whatever you'd have the most fun with :>
